The Lifeguard CPR is valid for 1 year. You must recertify this course every year in order to keep your lifeguarding certificate valid.
This is a 2-3 hr. course depending on class size. We will review the Professional Rescuer CPR skills for Adult/Child and Infants. We will then retest you to confirm that you are prepared to perform valid CPR.
